1. Definitions
• Operator — Self Love Spot, operating the salon at ul. Barska 61A / LU1, 30-307 Kraków, Poland.
• Site — the website available at selflovespot.pl.
• User — a person visiting the Site.
• Client — a person using the services provided at the salon.
• Booksy — the external booking platform available at booksy.com.
2. Nature of the site
The Site is informational only. It presents the Self Love Spot salon, its service menu and contact details.
The information contained on the Site, including prices and treatment durations, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code. The final scope and price of a service are agreed individually at booking or during a consultation.
Images and descriptions of treatments are indicative. Actual results depend on the individual characteristics of the Client and on her collaboration with the specialist.
3. Booking a visit
Visits may be booked only through the Booksy system (the “Book” buttons) or by phone at +48 574 472 931.
Detailed booking terms, booking fees and cancellation policy are described in Booksy’s own terms and in information provided to the Client at the time of booking.
The Operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment for reasons beyond its control (e.g. a specialist’s absence, technical issues). In such cases we will contact the Client as soon as possible and propose a new time slot.
4. Service rules
Services are performed in accordance with hair and beauty craft standards and the sanitary rules set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 17 February 2004 on detailed sanitary requirements for hairdressing, beauty, tattoo and biological renewal establishments.
The Client is required to inform the specialist of any contraindications (allergies, skin conditions, medical treatments) before the service begins.
The salon reserves the right to refuse a service if the Client’s health condition or the condition of her nails / hair makes safe performance of the treatment impossible.
5. Complaints
Complaints about the quality of services may be submitted by email to kontakt@selflovespot.pl or in person at the salon within 7 days of the service.
A complaint should include: first and last name, date of the visit, description of the problem and the desired form of resolution.
We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
In the case of low-quality services caused by the Operator, we commit to a free repetition of the treatment or another form of compensation agreed with the Client.
6. Copyright
All content published on the Site (text, graphics, typographic composition) is protected by copyright and is the property of the Operator or its collaborators. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing rules are described in a separate document — the Privacy Policy — available at /en/privacy-policy.
8. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the GDPR.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. The current version is always available at selflovespot.pl/en/terms.
The Parties undertake to resolve any disputes amicably in the first instance. The competent court is the common court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s seat.
